People today are living under an incredible amount of stress & pressure, our nervous systems are not designed to thrive under the endless chaos & jam packed schedules.
What you might call sabotage, I call safety; we all have a tool box of safety seeking behaviours that supported us at one time, it's likely those behaviours now feel more harmful to you, i.e. if you're eating as a way to numb, you know you are spending to much time on your phone and you spend a a lot of time avoiding yourself.
Your emotional health has never been so important, and no change happens without a strong level of emotional awareness, the ability to navigate life without resorting to your avoidance techniques and the skill of being in your body to really take charge over your life.
You have an emotionally driven behaviour you'd like to work on. e.g eating feels like your primary emotional coping mechanism or you know you spend too much time with your head in your phone and you're aware this is having a negative life impact.
It feels like you've lost sight of yourself, you regularly find yourself eating whenever you’re stressed, upset, angry, lonely, exhausted, bored or happy and you can't figure out how to manage the behaviour.
You feel stuck in an unhealthy cycle and you are ready to explore the relationship you have with yourself with more depth and understanding.
You're likely questioning a lot of life right now & chances are you are aware there is more to what you do than meets the eye, you feel ready to get to know yourself with an open mind & a curiosity based approach.

You'll be exploring your attachment to food (or other), widening the lens and discover what's driving the behaviour & work on developing more satisfying, fulfilling tools without sabotaging yourself.;
It's one thing learning WHY you do what you do, but how do you go about intercepting those old inbuilt patterns that make you feel so at home; by working around the 'problem', learning how to meet your needs and building your trust in yourself that you CAN develop a new pathway.;
We'll be working on the body, creating a better mind / body communication, looking at the foundations of your nervous system and embracing a bit of self regulation! ;
