In case you don’t know me. I’m Georgina, a Food, Body & Mind Coach & founder of Empowered Eating.
I work with women every single day desperate and failing to lose weight. The message from the diet industry is wrong, confusing & misleading. How do I know? I dieted for years with no change; all I was left with was SHATTERED SELF ESTEEM & ZERO BODY CONFIDENCE.
It took me nearly 2 decades to finally understand myself. I was so focussed on weight loss I forgot the importance of all the underlying issues. I developed a methodology that changed everything; I learnt how to find peace with my body, my mind and in the process I lost weight and felt confidence I didn’t know possible. Since then I’ve never turned back.
